✨Meet the Artist 2026 ✨

Hi! I’m Maru! 🍥 and I just wanted to thank you so much for all the love and support on my art 🥺🖤 We officially made it to 500 followers! That’s a huge milestone. Only 2.5 days ago, I was at less than 15. Your guys support means the world to me and to honor that, I’d like to finally do my first meet the artist. This is just a rough draft of sorts to give you guys an inside look at the brain behind Maru-Chan but the final product is otw! 🚚 I’m so grateful for every single person that supports my art. I have so much more in store for you! 🤗🤘🖌️ 🎨 #digitalartist #drawing #meettheartist #artistsoninstagram #comicbookartist by @visionsbymaru

I know I just posted yesterday but I couldn’t wait to share this with you guys! 😆 Introducing my first, fully fleshed out original character, Me! Haha jk Let’s call this guy “Trevor.” He loves alternative rock music and can play the guitar, drums, and piano. He skateboards on the weekends and works two jobs on the weekdays to earn enough money 💴 and btw ladies, he’s single 😂

My first ART COLLAB!!!! 🤩🙌🎨 feat. Wifey-chan 💕

Fun fact about me, I was raised by an entire family of creatives. My Mother is an artist and my Father was a musician; and by the grace of the universe, even my partners end up being artists 😂 So! For my first collab, I tapped in with my girl bestie to bring you guys something magical ✨✍️

At “Visionsbymaru,” we like to push the boundaries of what it means to be an artist 🎨 I focus on giving you illustrations and drawings that make everyone feel safe and welcome! Where designs have no limit! Where creativity becomes one… with the soul. Every artist has a vision, and a beginning… and my origins began not in video game design, not in digital illustration, but in fashion! I was a shoe seller, a clothing designer, an entrepreneur… and a visionary. Join me as I take you through a walk down memory lane. Let’s learn together what it means to make drawings as a shoe designer and take in what it takes to make it at fashion brands like YZY or a Jordan ✍️ 👟 🖤 #digitalartist #shoes #illustrations #drawing #sneakerart by @visionsbymaru

Came out a little blurry but it’s officially time to start setting the stage for my superhero arc 🦸‍♂️ 💥 Meet Paxton O’Connor, an average guy with an average life and an average job… that is, until a leak at a Nuclear Power Plant in New York caused an entire silo to overheat, exploding and exposing millions of tiny radiated particles through the city. Some people near the blast radius didn’t survive 😢… but for those that did, they started experiencing changes… and Paxton was one of them 😏 Stay tuned for the next superhero from my world and for more updates on Paxton’s journey from 0 to HERO! 💯
