The Minnesota @startribune has recognized local favorite @eltacoreal24 as one of the best taco joints in the Twin Cities...are we surprised? El Taco Real features both traditional street tacos and more upscale options, and they've quickly become a local favorite in the 18 months they've been open at 66th and Penn.

We love seeing our local gem get the spotlight it deserves. Come see what the fuss is about!

🛹Have a young skater in your life who's ready to show off their skills? The crew from @3rdlair SkatePark & SkateShop is rolling into Richfield's own Augsburg Skate Park on June 11 for an all-ages, everyone-welcome skateboard competition, and it's completely free to participate or attend.

Contest takes place Thursday, June 11; registration opens at 5 and the contest officially kicks off at 6 p.m. Let's show the Twin Cities skate scene how Richfield rolls!🛹 by @visit_richfield

🍣Stop scrolling! It's Where-Should-We-Eat Wednesday, and today we are treating ourselves to some of the freshest, most beautifully crafted rolls in the metro at @katakisushi_612!! Tucked away right here on Richfield's own Eat Street at 64th and Nicollet, Kataki is a hidden gem.

🍲Not in the mood for a roll? Try the amazing ramen, tempura, or gyoza instead! The extensive Kataki menu has something for everyone.
Richfield's global food scene is second-to-none, and Kataki is just one of the reasons why. You need this today! See less by @visit_richfield

🧀🥓It's National Quiche Lorraine Day, and we know you're dying to celebrate. The only place to go for today's Where-Should-We-Eat-Wednesday is @patricksbakerycafe on West 66th Street!

🥐Patrick's Quiche Lorraine is the real deal, and don't worry...you can offset those calories with the perfect side salad. But we challenge you to leave without one of Patrick's gorgeous French pastries. (Pro tip: It can't be done.)

Richfield has become a magnet for incredible local dining, and having an authentic French bakery right in our neighborhood is a luxury you need to indulge in today. Bon appetit! by @visit_richfield

It's a double feature: For this Where-Should-We-Eat Wednesday, we're also turning it into Where-Should-We-Shop Wednesday!

Today we're heading to @lomabonitamarket on 66th Street in Richfield, a one-stop shop for a delicious meal and a full pantry!

Why it's our Wednesday winner:
🌮The Taqueria: Authentic tacos, burritos, and tortas ready made on the spot. Kids not into it? Don't worry; you can get pancakes too.
🎂The Panaderia: Unique (and beautiful!) baked goods to satisfy that sweet tooth.
🛒The Market: From specialty spices to fresh aguas frescas, it's the perfect place to discover ingredients you won't find anywhere else.

Whether you just need a quick bite, or you're exploring the aisles for weekend meal prep, you're in for a treat. by @visit_richfield
