Step inside the home of W.G. and Shirley Swenson and take in the craftsmanship and details of this beautifully preserved 1910 home. From its Spanish Revival architecture to its intricately carved woodwork, the Swenson House offers a glimpse into the life of one of the families who helped shape Abilene into the city it is today.

With two acres of gardens to explore, fall is a beautiful time to visit the Swenson House, wander the grounds and learn more about the Swenson family and their place in Abilene’s history.

Be sure to call ahead to make an appointment for a tour.
