Serving delicious Thai food since 1996, Hot Chilli Bean is Coolum’s original Thai restaurant and a much-loved part of our local community. 🌶️

Located directly opposite Tickle Park and the beach, the fully licensed restaurant offers relaxed alfresco dining just moments from the beach.

Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, their menu features plenty of gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan and vegetarian-friendly options 🌱

Coolum is coming alive with music this weekend! 🎼

Get ready for three days of live music, good vibes and community spirit as ShedMusic'26 Festival takes over Coolum from Friday 16 to Sunday 18 October!

Presented by Coolum Men's Shed, this fantastic community event will bring together over 150 Men's Shed musicians from across the Sunshine Coast and Australia, celebrating everything from blues and jazz to rock and folk! 🎵

Here's what's happening 👇

🎸 Friday 16 October: Welcome BBQ at Coolum Men's Shed.

🎷 Saturday 17 October: Live music and festival activities at Coolum Civic Centre, plus a special afternoon session at Coolum Beach Sports Club.

🥁 Sunday 18 October: More live music and festival fun at Coolum Civic Centre.

Plus, enjoy food vans, line dancing, workshops, jam sessions, a Health Pitstop and plenty more!

💛 Entry is by donation, making this a wonderful opportunity to support local musicians, connect with the community and enjoy a weekend of fantastic entertainment.

Here’s the view from above at the Queensland Regional Australian Boardriders Battle Qualifier at beautiful Coolum Beach!

With over 15 clubs competing, there was some absolutely epic surfing action out in the water. Always unreal seeing some of the best boardriding clubs in Queensland battle it out for the win!
