Welcome to Headcount Coffee☕️Allow us to reintroduce ourselves!

We have met so many new people and grown immensely since the first time we introduced ourselves. We now have our first roastery and bookstore @_readandroast_ opening up soon and have so many regulars now who buy our coffee/come see us at markets! (Y’all rock)

Headcount Coffee is a family owned venture, born from the shared love of coffee between father and daughter.
Ever since she was little she remembers waking up early so she could sit in her dads lap to hold the coffee cup and smell the coffee (because she wasn’t allowed to drink it but it smelt so good) she loved the warm aroma. So every morning this became a routine. And when she was older, she and her dad would go get coffee every other Friday before school. It was a tradition now.

Coffee has always been the center of fond memories for our family. We can’t tell you how many times we have been gathered around a table, cup in hand, sharing stories or just catching up. Pouring a cup of coffee after dinner of a family gathering is protocol now.

So as you can probably tell our passion for coffee runs deep. Maybe that’s because part of our blood is coffee now😂 but nevertheless we strive to provide freshly roasted beans that taste good and do good. Hence our ethically sourced practices (Fair trade) and high standards (organic single origin beans)

So welcome to the family and know that here at Headcount coffee you can count on every cup💪

Trust us…this is a lot better than cold foam.🌾🐮

We don’t have cold foam because we proudly roast our own beans @headcountcoffee & we want you to taste the DIFFERENCE of freshly roasted coffee. So instead we have some other sweet options you can try :

- coffee with a side of rural texas. Stop and take a second to take in the sweet central plains. (Our roastery is here for a reason!)🦌

- share coffee with a neighbor. Cow or person you choose. But coffee is best with other people. 🫂

Bigfoot’s local hang out spot just got a whole lot cooler🫈🍂😎

Starting ‼️MONDAY SEPT 14th‼️ we will be opening at 6:30am on weekdays for the school year! We heard the teachers & early risers talk so we listened.

We also HAVE OAT MILK AS WE SPEAK🗣️ and it’s here to STAY! We are officially switching over from Lactaid to Oat milk due to such a high demand for it.

We can’t wait to welcome all the familiar and new faces to our space a little bit earlier and cater to everyone who demanded oat milk every time they could😂😅

Now it’s your turn to do your part…we open everyday for you. Don’t be shy and come hang with our baristas (they are cooler than bigfoot tbh👀 but don’t tell him that)
