October in Stanislaus County 🎃🍂

We spent the weekend chasing a little fall fun in our Central Valley heat wave and somehow found ourselves at FOUR pumpkin patches that still us a sense of magic.

🎃 Dutch Hollow Farms — Modesto
Family friendly games, animals, photo spots! Plenty to keep the kids busy.

🌾 R.A.M. Farms — Turlock
A classic pumpkin patch with plenty of pumpkins, fall activities and a corn maze.

🐐 SONS Farm Fresh — Oakdale
Petting zoo, creepy crawly critters, spooky haunted house, sweet treats, SO many creative photo ops, and tons of pumpkin fun.

🌽 Fantozzi Farms — Patterson
Corn mazes, animals, activities and all the fall-farm chaos.

Four different stops, four different vibes and all right here in Stanislaus County!

Which one are you hitting first? 🎃

Two new murals are going up in downtown Modesto, courtesy of @domowalls Mural Festival and I was blessed to get an opportunity to interview and shoot @pawnpaint and FASM (website: www.fasm.net) the two artists creating this beauty at 1012 15th Street. Meeting international artists and learning so much about their craft was truly an awesome experience. Big shouts, to those two for taking the time on a hot day to work with me and create some awesome footage! #modesto #domowalls #modestoart #visitmodesto #downtownmodesto taken in Downtown Modesto by @visitmodesto

In case you missed it…Modesto’s History of Lowriding Event this past Saturday celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with clean rides, great music and dance (Wish I could’ve saw the mariachis) local vendors and a great time. These low rider events are pretty special and I hope to go to more. Tag anyone’s cars you know! #modesto #lowrider #modestoevents #centralvalleyphotographer #visitmodesto taken in Downtown Modesto by @visitmodesto

Oh, hey Downtown Modesto! Can you believe it’s that time again??

🎨 DoMo WALLS STARTS TOMORROW!

From September 28–October 2, two new murals will come to life in Downtown Modesto…and half the fun is watching them happen.

This year’s artists + locations:

✨ Lindsay Wetenkamp
📍 1014 16th Street — Gianelli Law Offices

✨ FASM & Pawn
📍 1012 15th Street — Ten Twelve Lounge

Stop by throughout the week to watch the walls transform, say hi to the artists, and see the progress from sketch to finished mural. Every day will look a little different!

Then join us Friday, October 2 for our DoMo First Fridays season finale as we wrap up DoMo Walls and celebrate another week of art, creativity, and community in Downtown Modesto. 🎉

Come watch the art happen. 🖌️
