DAY 1 - BOYLE TOWN 🗺️

📍 Pick up the Boyle Experience Trail map at @unabhantourism or download it at visitroscommon.ie ☕ Grab a bite to eat at @kinghousetearooms and let the kids plan the day 🏛️ Explore @kinghouseboyle The old jail cells were a big hit with our kids 😂 🥕 Have a wander around the Courtyard Market if you’re there on a Saturday ⛪ Explore Boyle Abbey 🌉 Cross Abbeytown Bridge 🎨 Pop into New Art Gallery at An Ríoga @newartgallery_boyle  🕰️ Have a wander around the town and the King-Harman Clock Tower & Crescent ⚡ And if you fancy somewhere VERY different to stay, we spent the night in a Harry Potter-themed house @draiochtmagic

DAY 2 - BOYLE TO LOUGH KEY 🚲

🚲 Follow the Boyle to Lough Key Cycleway out to @loughkeyforestpark  🌲 Spend the day at Lough Key Forest & Activity Park 🌳 Do the Tree Canopy Walk 👀 Climb Moylurg Tower for the views over Lough Key and McDermott’s Castle 🍴 Stop for lunch at the Lakeside Café 🛝 Finish up at the Adventure Play Kingdom before cycling back into Boyle

We managed all of that across one weekend and still didn’t come close to doing everything on the trail.

The map made it so handy because everything is laid out for you. You can pick the stops that suit your family and make a day trip or a full weekend out of it.
