I've been searching for a daily carry bag for over a year and I finally found the one 💍 it's been thoughtfully designed with multiple pockets both in & outside the Daily Tote.

The way my stuff all has a home tickles my brain e.g. my keys will always sit in the external zip pocket so I never have to dig around for them again, and lower value/high access items like lip balm & hand sanitiser sit in the external magnetic clasp. The internal mesh bottle pocket is elasticised so it fits my fat water bottle and keeps me watered like the peace lily i am (dramatic & constantly in need of attention anyone?)

It's replaced my work, gym, going out & grocery bag so I don't have to worry about which bag has which item anymore 🥹😭

DEAR, KLAIRS daily defense supple blemish cream (natural beige, mini size)

Coverage is buildable to a medium, and has a nice luminous finish. It wicks away easily with any touch so I definitely have to set this to make it last. It's comfortable on the skin and doesn't feel heavy.

I am forever jelly of everyone that can get an actual foundation match. Here I am struggling with a weirdly tanned neck and lighter face with very uneven skin tone and redness 😭 for this reason, I love buying mini sizes to test more products out. What do you think, could i make this shade work?

I think I'll get him lvl 0 next time he was so sad 😅

We've been to their prospect store multiple times and unfortunately it's a bit of a hit/miss. On this occasion the beef was overcooked whereas the other items were under. One of the seafood sticks was still cold in the middle. Their Chinatown store is usually more consistent and is more heavy handed with the seasoning which I love, but they're always out of beef skewers when I'm there :(

Nothing I apply to my face will ever 100% turn back time, but that's not to say I can't revisit my more youthful days by using something like this SUNGBOON EDITOR silk peptide intensive lifting ampoule 🥇

It contains 13 types of peptides to encourage collagen synthesis and boost elasticity, as well as improve the appearance of wrinkles.

Obviously the packaging was very fun for me. Using the syringe to extract the ampoule was a cute way to apply skincare. The syringe also has labels suggesting to apply 1mL during daytime and 2mL at night. Considering the bottle is only 35mL you can see how you'll run out of this very quickly. Personally I thought 2mL felt like a lot, especially when I still wanted to layer other skincare over the top.

With just 1mL I thought that was enough to give my skin a very plump, hydrated and glowy finish. So in that temporary sense, my wrinkles were less noticeable but i didn't notice any long term benefits beyond this. I wouldn't go out of my way to buy this but I think it would make a fun KK or stocking filler gift 🎁

I'm most excited for these 5:
@rejuran.anz Turnover Ampoule - contains PDRN and reduces the appearance of wrinkles, sunspots & acne scars. This alone is worth about AUD $60-$70. It's definitely more than what I am used to spending on a single product so I don't know if I want this product to work or not 😂

@missha_us M Perfect Cover BB Cream Pro - tbh I never liked their OG red BB cream for the grey cast, but I'm excited to try any formulation that they've introduced where they got rid of the cast. I was lucky enough to get shade 23 in this set too whoop!

@anillo.global Fig Whisky Discovery Body Set - ngl I wanted to try anillo because they have pretty packaging lol. I never ordered them because I wasn't sure how strong the scents would be, so this discovery set is a perfect introduction

Moev is one of those new to me brands that was all over my feed for a few months, and then quietly retreated to the background. I was still curious about them though so when I received this from Stylevana I was eager to see if it was actually good or if it was just the marketing team that was great.

And look, it does work. My hair definitely wasn't as greasy after thorough application, and it was nice that it had a soft, conditioned feeling with a bit more volume. You can see in my roots that there's still some shine from residual oils vs dry shampoo though, which is definitely better at soaking up all the hair oils. But then dry shampoo also leaves that tacky, almost crunchy texture (unless the formulas have improved since I last used them?). What I'm trying to say is, there's still no replacement for washing our hair but at least there's more options for when we ceebs 🤷

Based on these initial results, I would have entertained finishing the tube but jfc I hated the overpowering scent so much 😮‍💨 it has a really overwhelming floral/laundry powder scent to it that just LINGERS and for that reason Barbara, I am out 🫥

I changed my mind about how I felt about Skin1004's Madagascar Centella TECA soothing toner multiple times. At first I was impressed by the hydration and soothing claims, then when I tried it I found that it would sting on initial application on sensitive/damaged areas of my skin.

You'd think I would take that as a sign and stop using it. Yet for some reason I thought it was because my skin barrier was broken so everything was going to sting anyway (even though I was still using products that wouldn't sting..clearly logic is foreign to me 😅)

So I persevered and lo and behold I noticed my skin barrier would recover 1-2 days quicker than if I used other products 🫢 Later on I reread the ingredients and it does contain an LHA which, while a very mild exfoliant, could possibly explain why I found it a bit irritating when my skin wasn't in its best condition. I'm still in two minds about if I should put up with the stinging and keep using it, or just save it for my good skin days 🤔

⁉️ If you were in this situation, would you choose to continue using it during angry skin episodes, or just opt for something else that doesn't sting?

I love watching and squeal over cute couple dynamics but our dynamic is much more being a pain in each other's butts and I wouldn't have it any other way 😆

@adelcentralmarket - friday nights are always fun and I love the variety of shops open. The crowds just get me after 20 minutes rip

@homessupermarket - not the cheapest Asian grocers around but I still enjoy browsing their wares and seeing what's new

Kingwuu in Chinatown - Tiger Skewers had a looong line so this was our backup. The beef skewers were quite thin so their were overcooked, and in general they were underseasoned.

@mollytea_australia - I still don't get why the lines are so long besides the pretty cups. I prefer Addictea but they don't have an order ahead function 🥺

Growing up I actually didn't care for skincare or makeup. Somewhere along the way I started to enjoy the creative side of it and now here I am decades later, and I'm happily using these lip glosses by Carmex! At the end of the reel I'm wearing watermelon over a bright pink lip liner 🍓
