Shoes of 2023 // PT2 ⭐️

Onitsuka Tiger, Mexico 66.

The distinct Tiger Stripes made their first appearance on the “Mexico 66” for the 1968 Olympic games pre trails in Mexico City.

In 2022 the shoes made a big comeback and were all over social media platforms like TikTok. The retro feel to these combined with a simplistic design, makes them standout against other popular brands.

The “Mexico 66” have continued to stay at their peak through this current year, but are they here to stay? 🤔 by @visualdescription

Shoes of 2023 // PT1 ⭐️

Aminé x New Balance: ‘The Mooz’

The shoe itself is said to be a reflection of the experimental style and freedom in self-expression by Portland Rapper, Aminé.

The shoe has unique detailings such as a draw cord lacing, and iridescent accents, with a distinctive colour palette which is said to be inspired by a banana.

1&2: First stumbled across @s_olac.e at a pop up in Manchester, all items are handmade in Glasgow.

3&4: @arcs.london (don’t own my own yet but WILL!) Love the style of these & attention to detailing.

5&6: I’m here for the ruffles on these shoulder bags by @baggy.london. The bows really seem to be of the moment.

7&8: @nots___ unique & amazing quality (guaranteed compliments).
