Love it or hate it but it’s true. Summer is over and the bike is starting to find its place again inside on the @wahoonordics trainer.

HybridX recap 🏁
Först av allt. Grymt roligt race och väldigt bra uppstyrd av @hybridx.fit teamet. Otroligt glad att jag tog möjligheten att köra första tävlingen som jag hoppas och tror verkligen kommer växa och bli väldigt stor med tiden.

Men med en skada som tagit bort möjligheten till löpningen de senaste veckorna var inte optimalt. Trodde att det skulle bli bra till raceday men tyvärr inte. Mina första löpsteg togs på bandet några minuter innan start vilket var ett dåligt beslut. Resulterade i dåliga burpees, hälften dåliga lunges och självklart löpning som inte gick… (med 3 sämsta tiden på bandet)

Men sen även en dag där kroppen inte ville prestera som den skulle. Skador drar ner det mentala så grovt och man gräver ner sig själv. Kroppen har inte riktigt varit där den ska va vilket märktes raceday.

Det är nu dags att ta tag i skadorna och kroppen för att kunna prestera för Hyrox Stockholm nu. Full fokus med rehab och komma tillbaka till formen. Inga ursäkter utan dags att ta tag i det på riktigt.

Men nästa HybridX tävling i januari så är det dags för comeback och göra det på riktigt med en kropp som fungerar och kan presentera. Nu har jag 4 månader och inte 4 veckor att träna på så redan bättre förutsättningar.

The races that’s on my radar for the next 12 months.

I do know that I will probably do some more in the mean time and training blocks but let’s keep those spontaneous.

The Ironman was supposed to be Kalmar but sold out too quickly. So I do have another one that’s going to be special and looking forward to that.

The first two @hybridx.fit races which I’m very excited about. Can’t wait to see what it’s all about when it’s showtime!!

Also where doing the Hyrox in Stockholm in December. Doubles open, It’s going to be a fun one and got the chills when we where in the same arena for worlds this summer. Going to be epic!

Threw in a spontaneous half marathon in the local city so thought might just do it. Had a planned long run that day so.

Then we’re having the @ironmantrisweden 70.3 Jönköping which is going to be the first triathlon race where doing. Where excited but still scared of the swimming part so need to get to work on that.

The big one. A goal I never thought I was going to achieve. Where going to do a full Ironman. Was supposed to be Kalmar but sold out too quickly so where going to do a race in Europe. Waiting for the tickets to drop but that’s just going to be awesome. When a door closes it’s meant to open new doors. Any guesses on where I’m going?

Will I see any of you at the races? 👀

Let’s get this next year going and train like I’ve never done before. Time to level up and achieve the dreams I navet thought was possible. 💪

HybridX prep for the the first race in just under one month?!!
Finally found the two only BikeERG in Örebro but just wait for what’s coming to the city. Some sleepless nights the past few days to build something for the future! 🫡
