I made this reel in 2021… based on a true story.

The reality checks I do that trigger my consciousness into understanding I’m in a dream therefore completely waking me while I’m IN the dream: LUCID DREAM STATE:

1: Checking my fingers. Usually in dreams I have more than 10 fingers or my hands are fucked up somehow ie see through or not even there all together.

2: Looking at my reflection. Looking at my reflection helps me check my dream state because usually my reflection isn’t me in dreams or again, I’m fucked up somehow.

3: Reading the time. Time moves very different in dreams. Usually in my dreams the time moves a lot faster and by reading a clock in my dream I’m able to see how time ticks/turns.

The only way for me to reality check in my dream is if I reality check consistently in my waking life.
