#memories What I wouldn’t give to have this moment again. Go back and live all the years again. You know it’s been good when you would do it all over again even if the outcome is this. Missing the love of my life ❤️♾️ by @vitorinolusitano

Finally home 🇵🇹

Not so many words yet. Just landing ❤️🇵🇹 by @vitorinolusitano

Wow – the past few weeks have taken my breath away! ✨

After years of waiting, my dream of moving back to Portugal is finally a reality. The sale was finalized just 96 hours before my flight, and although the trip was full of delays and strikes, I knew when I landed in Lisbon that everything was going to be alright.

I drove through endless beauty and opportunities, but standing at the gate of a stunning property, I realized I wasn’t ready for a big decision yet. Deep down, I needed time to land, breathe, and create my new life without pressure. And then magic happened: within hours, the perfect solution appeared. Now me and my horses will have the ideal conditions to move within 2–3 months. Even if temporary, it’s everything I need. 🐎❤️

I feel so blessed and grateful for the incredible support and kindness around me. Dreams really do come true, and I can’t wait to share the next steps of this journey.

Gratitude is the word of the month. 🌿 by @vitorinolusitano

✨ Dreams do come true ✨

After 3 years of waiting… it finally happened! 🌟 My beautiful farm in Denmark has new owners, and in just 3 months I’ll be living back in Portugal. I can hardly believe it — my heart is bursting with happiness! 💫💖

Endless gratitude to everyone who supported, shared, and believed in me. Some very special people made this possible, and I will carry that kindness forever. 🙏❤️

Denmark has given me incredible years of growing the Lusitano breed — and I’m so proud of the legacy left behind. But my heart never left Portugal. I’ve felt saudades every single day… and now I’m finally going home. 🇵🇹🐎✨

We’re almost ready — just looking for a temporary place to land with my horses between Santarém and Sines (6–12 months, 10 mares + 6–8 stallions). If you know of a hidden gem, I’d be grateful for any tips. 🐴🏡

Portugal, here we come! 💫

✨ Life is too short not to follow your dreams ✨

After 3 years on the market, I’ve made a big decision:
👉 My horse farm in Denmark now has a drastically reduced price.

Not because it isn’t worth every bit of its value (it truly is!) — but because my heart and soul belong in Portugal. A recent near-sale that fell through only showed me more clearly how deeply I long to go back.

This is not desperation, this is choice. A conscious step to open the door for someone else’s dream, while I follow mine.

If you or someone you know has been dreaming of a horse property, this is the moment. DM me for details.

Portugal is calling… ❤️🇵🇹

Sold 💛

Uivador CDR is now ready to find his very own person, so if you are looking for a young Lusitano who you can raise and shape exactly as you wish, then stay tuned ❤️

Uivador is by our Boemio QL (R-Kazan, Coussoul, FR x Scapin x Maravilha) and Eia (Altivo PC x Ufano II x Haxixe) and thus offers bloodlines full of extremely highly approved horses on both sides 🏆 Both parents have movements above average with 8s across the board, and Boemio has proven many times that his offspring have even better gaits than himself with lots of elasticity, energy and impulsion ⭐ Read more about Boemio here: https://www.owec.dk/lusitano-studfarm/boemio

Eia's offspring have proven to be something close to the ideal partner for us humans; They come with a strong inner spark and a great desire to be close to us and cooperate, no matter what the task is At the same time, they have an enormous gentleness, lots of personality, courage and interest in the world around them 🥰

I believe that Uivador has that special ‘something’ with his intense expression, ease of movement and kind temper and I have no doubt that he will one day be a great partner under saddle, as well as an excellent addition to any breeding program 🇵🇹
We would love to show him here at the stud in 6510 Gram. Send us a DM for more info or to book a time to come and meet him 🦄

A tiny virtual tour of the farm 💛

When people learn of our plans on moving back to Portugal, the general response is: "Why would you ever leave this place?"
And I get the confusion.. but for us it's not a matter of wanting to leave. Least of all our beautiful farm, friends and family. It all comes down to an intense longing for Portugal, that doesn't seem to grow smaller, but rather increases every day. Basically we miss 'home' - even on the most perfect, sunny summer days 🇵🇹

If having it all was a realistic option in life, I would airlift this entire property and all the people we love to somewhere in the Ribatejo area and live happily ever after. But since that is probably not going to happen, I just hope someone else will want to make our tiny 'castle' their home, and that we'll find just the right place for us and all the dogs and ponies somewhere in Portugal 🌸

As always, we’ll be incredibly grateful if you’d help us by sharing this post with your community 🙏 Or perhaps the direct link to the estate agency:

With 17 hectares, 8 standard sized stalls, 18 double sized stalls, indoor arena and so much more, the only potential limit is your imagination 🤩 It is already suited for stallions, reproduction etc. and designed to provide the most comfortable life for humans and horses alike.
And let me just tell you - once you’ve experienced what it is like to have your horses right outside your front door, you’ll never want it any other way ❤️❤️❤️

🌟 APPROVED FOR BREEDING 🌟

The firstborn son of Vitorino has been approved as a breeding stallion with APSL 🇵🇹 He was scored a fantastic 71,75 points - with 8 for both his quarters and hindlegs! The foundation for a strong and capable riding horse!

I’m extremely proud of both him and his sire. If you swipe all the way you’ll find two identical photos of them taken 9 years apart. Both were taken at the first “big thing” I did with each of them 😍

I do believe he would have scored a 10 if there was a score for character and personality, but to have bred, raised, started and trained him all the way is also a huge deal for me. You all know I went off grid when his father died last year, it was the hardest loss of my life 💔 But to have his son bring me back to life was just as profound for me ❤️‍🩹

I have welcomed his first offspring, and the next are already on their way. I’ve been so exited to see how his damline would produce next to Vitorinos genes, and I have to say it’s better than I ever imagined 😍🤩🥳😍

When you ask how I can sell Vitorinos offspring, it’s because I know he was meant to make dreamhorses for other people. And he did. But he also left me with a son that will take the best care of me 🥰🤩

And even if his color is silver, he took the gold 🏆and won Best Stallion, Champion of Champions and Spectators Favorite - what a way to kick off our future adventures 🤩🥳😍

🌟 Vitorinos Legacy 🌟

Our stunning Torricado is closing in on his 2nd birthday and even if I might be extremely biased…😅… I do think he is becoming more beautiful everyday 🥹🤩❤️

So proud of these amazing little legends Vitorino made, and so excited to see them go out into the world and find their own path in life 🤩

The circle of life feels very real as a breeder. Last year, I lost both Vitorino and Boemio – the two strong patriarchs of our stud. Their absence left a huge void, and yet, they also left behind something greater: their legacy.

At this year’s Lusitano Festival, I presented Novilheiro, my firstborn son of Vitorino – now a licensed stallion. I also presented Ritana CDR, daughter of Boemio. Born in Denmark, injured at 1.5 years old, saved by emergency surgery and tireless care – and now, graded with 72 points and crowned Best Mare.

When she touched my cheek after the results, I felt something lift. I could suddenly see clearly again.

Ritana was inseminated today with Novilheiro, uniting the bloodlines of both stallions I’ve loved and lost. And with that, a circle closed – and a new one opened.

Scars can tell a story of pain, but they also show strength. Ritana’s scar was seen and accepted – just like mine. We are not broken. We are becoming.

I’m so proud of this mare, and I know they would be too. Here’s to what comes next. ✨ by @vitorinolusitano
