India doesn't need all of us to do the same thing.

It needs each of us to do our part a little better.

- A teacher who gives a child confidence.

- A manager who develops people, instead of merely managing targets.

- An entrepreneur who creates opportunities and employment.

- A professional who chooses integrity when nobody is watching.

- A young person who chooses learning over shortcuts.

- A citizen who keeps the street clean even when nobody is watching.

- A parent who teaches values that no textbook can.

- A consumer who chooses to support businesses that create responsibly.

Nation building doesn't always happen in Parliament, corporate boardrooms or factories.

Sometimes, it happens in a classroom.

Sometimes, at a workplace.

Sometimes, in a shop.

Sometimes, at home.

It often happens in the choices we make when nobody is watching.

We inherited a free India.

Our responsibility is to leave behind a stronger India.

It is not just for ourselves but for the generation that will celebrate Independence Day after us.

This Independence Day, the question isn't only:

The real one is:

📌 What are we giving India?

कुछ रिश्ते खून से नहीं… श्रद्धा से बनते हैं।

बचपन से एक परंपरा देखी है घर में, हर खुशी से पहले… हर निर्णय से पहले…एक ही नाम लिया जाता था...श्री गोविंद देव जी महाराज, जयपुर 🙏

समय बदला, जिम्मेदारियाँ बढ़ीं...जीवन की गति तेज हुई।

लेकिन एक चीज नहीं बदली ...आस्था का वह केंद्र
जहाँ मन हर बार लौट आता है।

आज जब श्री अंजन कुमार गोस्वामी जी के सान्निध्य में बैठने का अवसर मिला ...तो एक बात भीतर गहराई तक उतर गई।

नेतृत्व केवल पद से नहीं आता ...
➡️ वह तप से आता है
➡️ संयम से आता है
➡️ और सबसे अधिक… समर्पण से आता है

उनके व्यक्तित्व में वही सरलता है...जो शोर नहीं करती
लेकिन प्रभाव छोड़ जाती है।

वही स्थिरता है, जो बोलती कम है ...लेकिन दिशा बहुत स्पष्ट करती है।

और शायद यही कारण है ...कि पीढ़ियों से जुड़ी हुई यह आस्था ...आज भी उतनी ही जीवंत है।

यह केवल एक मुलाकात नहीं थी ...यह एक स्मरण था कि जीवन में चाहे कितनी भी उपलब्धियाँ क्यों न मिल जाएँ...आधार हमेशा आस्था ही रहती है।

I was speaking to a professional who told me:

'I don’t want to appeal to the brain anymore. I want to appeal to the heart.

I just don’t know how'.

It got me thinking.

Logic makes people understand you ... however emotion makes people feel you.

We spend so much time refining facts, frameworks, and pitches to be intellectually airtight however... forget the power of being humanly relatable.

You don’t connect by being the smartest in the room.

You connect by showing that you understand the people in it.

Here are some ways that I see:

↗️ Start with a human moment ...not a smart point.

↗️ Show 'I see you' before 'I’ll teach you'.

↗️ Use everyday words ...not polished jargon.

↗️ Share your 'why' not just your 'what' and 'how'.

↗️ Ask for a feeling ...not only an action.

Honoured to receive the 'Mumbai Gaurav Award'.

This recognition is deeply meaningful because it comes from a city that sets the benchmark for ambition, resilience, and impact.

Awards like these are never about a single achievement.

They represent consistency over time.

They acknowledge intent, effort and the courage to stay the course when outcomes are uncertain.

Behind this moment are mentors who guided me, teams who trusted the vision and challenges that quietly sharpened perspective.

Mumbai teaches you to move fast ...yet stay grounded.

To dream big, yet remain accountable.

I accept this honour with gratitude and with responsibility to continue creating work that genuinely adds value.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey.

Years ago, I boarded a flight to Switzerland under a Rotary International Group Study Exchange program.

Back then...I thought I was travelling for exposure.

It was by the way...my 1st international flight ;)

A new country. A different culture. A chance to learn how the world works beyond my own borders.

What I did not understand at the time was that I was not just arriving in Switzerland.

I was being welcomed into homes.

I stayed with multiple host families.

We did not try too hard to impress each other. We simply lived together.

>> Meals were shared.
>> Daily routines overlapped.
>> Conversations flowed ...some spoken, many unspoken.

Language was never a barrier. Presence did the translation.

Slowly, something shifted.
Strangers became familiar.
Familiarity turned into comfort and that ...without any announcement turned into belonging.

Then life did what life always does.

Careers took over.
Years slipped by.
Geographies pulled us apart.

Until recently, when I had the good fortune of meeting two of those host families again.

The reunion was effortless.

There were no updates to exchange, no formalities to maintain.
Time simply collapsed.

Stories resurfaced.
Laughter carried years of memory.
Old photographs, shared jokes, forgotten routines ...everything still fit, as if it had been waiting patiently.

Nothing felt rehearsed.
Nothing felt distant.

That moment reminded me of something deeply important.

Some relationships are not built on proximity, frequency, or obligation.

They are built on trust, openness, and shared humanity.

There was never a contract to stay in touch.
No expectation to maintain the bond.

We stayed connected for one reason alone ...we valued it.

In a world driven by transactions, metrics, and timelines, these relationships stand quietly apart.

They do not expire.
They do not demand returns.
They simply exist as gifts for life.

Looking back, the real exchange was never cultural or academic.

It was human to human.

Because...the reality is:

Very few have ever been genuinely heard for even 10 minutes straight.

Next time you talk to someone ...try this: listen without agenda.

You’ll be surprised at the places they take you.

This wasn’t just another trip to Chennai.

Stepping into @iitmadrasofficial as a Speaker was an experience that stirred both nostalgia and gratitude.

Chennai, with its rich culture, serene beaches, awesome food, and its stature as the healthcare capital of India, has always held a special place in my heart.

My very first visit to this city was as a young student, accompanied by my grandfather.

This time, the journey felt complete from being that curious learner to standing on the other side ...engaging with some of the brightest young minds in the country.

The IIT Madras campus itself is a story with 600+ acres of lush greenery, home to diverse flora and fauna, where every walk feels like being inside a living ecosystem.

What made this visit truly enriching was the Idea Storm initiative led by spirited students.

Their curiosity, energy, and willingness to dive deep into how user and market research must be seen through the lens of entrepreneurship reminded me why curiosity is the most powerful driver of growth.

Our conversations spanned across data vs. intuition, entrepreneurial mindset, and approaches to problem-solving.

What stood out was not just their questions, but the intensity with which they listened and reflected.

In between these discussions ...the laughter, the campus walks, and the shared excitement made the entire experience unforgettable.

I walked away with a deep sense of gratitude.

Opportunities like these are not just about sharing knowledge ...they are about co-learning with the finest minds of our nation.

राखी सिर्फ एक धागा नहीं है।

यह सुरक्षा का वादा है।

भरोसे का बंधन है।

यह याद दिलाती है कि चाहे हम जीवन में कितनी भी दूर क्यों न चले जाएँ... कुछ रिश्ते हमेशा हमें और करीब ले आते हैं।

इस रक्षाबंधन... मैं उन बहनों का आभारी हूँ जिन्होंने न सिर्फ राखी बाँधी है, बल्कि मुझे प्यार दिया है, मूल्य सिखाए हैं और मुझे ढेर सारी दुआएं दी हैं।

कार्यक्षेत्र हमें टीम वर्क सिखाता है।

परिवार हमें एकता का महत्व सिखाता है।

राखी हमें दोनों बातें सबसे सुंदर तरीके से सिखाती है।
