I sat down to talk to @julia.noir and @djennita from @blackhike_hamburg and here is a little teaser 👀✨

What I expected to be an interview about nature and movement turned out to be so much more. At its core Black Hike Hamburg is driven by a deep friendship and connection between Julia and Djenna and also a calling to nurture community and solidarity.
Enjoy and stay tuned for the full interview.

As always thank you Julia and Djenna for your trust and openness 🥹💞

Suffering in silence IS unnecessary. The way I was live chatting to my sister and bitching about every single step, you’d think it’s my full time job. But the task was not abandoned 😌
2.830 stairs and around 3 hours later I made it to the top.
This was physically the hardest thing I ever did. The view and grizzly’s offered a bit of solace 🐻⛰️ it’s the last time I do this type of trail tho, never again! 😂

Some poor bear enjoying its fish somewhere along the Cheakamus River while being disturbed by my screaming. If you are confused, watch the previous reel ✨

My god, this idea was in my head almost immediately after jumping 😂 finally got this little animation out. Feels like sneezing after your nose has been tickling forever.

Sorry @sullyvanem it had to be done. This has been on my to-do list for the longest time 🤓 Thank you @noa_musc for filming, and thank you to @whistlerbungee for the experience.
If there wasn’t video and photo evidence, I wouldn’t believe I actually did it 😂💀

Everyone, feel free to use my scream as the new Wilhelm scream 😌😂
