#justiçapororelha The Law in Brazil is not about justice! How Brazilian Law can justify someone as young as 10 years old NOT capable of distinguish right from wrong???

When a defenseless animal dies from human violence, what is at stake is not just a crime, it is a very serious social signal. It is a form of cold violence, directed at those who cannot defend themselves, who do not react, who do not report. It is a sign of conduct disorder. Aggression towards animals is one of the earliest markers of dangerous psychic functioning. In my opinion, these teenagers already demonstrate antisocial personality disorder and should be treated urgently.
