Today Chan turns 16. He didn’t want anything but a new sketch book, didn’t even ask me to make a cake 😭. This morning after dropping him off at school I felt some kind of way 😂. So after getting his sketch books I bought a cake at a bakery I ran into, and got a bunch of balloons at Party City! These images were the last time we went away not having to think about kids! These images are also proof that Que can accomplish anything he sets his mind to. I thought we were going away for 🎄 Christmas but instead we were eloping and he planned and bought EVERYTHING! 🍾🎇 15 years of being married to my best friend!! 15 years and I still get happy at the thought of seeing him (that might have more to do with the fact that all I see is my annoying kids 😂). 15 years and we’ve only fought once! We have fake fights all the time that end up in laughter cause…. well…. that’s us! In about 8-10 more years it will be all about us again, 🤣 so maybe we can make it back to Kauai. He definitely challenged me this year!! Chan turned 14 and asked for a Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake so I searched for ALL the peanut butter stuff I could find and made him a cake. He walked in after school and said, “This is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen!”
