Why people hang up on insurance calls in the first 3 seconds, Record your next call and listen for 3 things: 1. Were you slow and low on the first paragraph? 2. Did you match their pace after? 3. The best way to handle an objection is to never get one🙂‍↕️ My appointments run an hour and a half to two hours, and most of that time is questions. I tell them exactly what’s going to happen, I make sure both spouses are there, I let them tell me why they want this, and I show them options that fit. So by the time a number hits the table, the “no” has nowhere to show up👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 You should do nothing to close. How to sell mortgage protection on aged leads, starting with $200. My last $200 went on 50-cent leads that were 3 to 10 years old. My first month, I helped 38 families and wrote $38,000 in premium. The question that made it work. Before you quote, ask: “As of right now, do you have any other life insurance policies in place that would cover the mortgage if, God forbid, something were to happen to you?” When they say yes: “Perfect. Getting a million objections at the end of your presentation? The problem is usually how you started it. Your role and purpose is the most important part of your presentation. If you just say “we’ll do some health questions and find you some options,” you’re going to hear objections later. Tell them everything up front, in detail: health questions, money questions, options that fit their budget, the application, and that the carrier takes 3 to 15 business days to decide.
