LASH AFTERCARE 101 🫧🎀

Clean lashes = better retention + a healthier lash line🤍

Oil, dead skin, makeup, and debris can build up along your lash line. When lashes aren’t properly cleansed, buildup can contribute to poor retention, irritation, blepharitis (eyelid inflammation), and an environment where bacteria and Demodex (lash mites) can thrive.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR LASHES 🫧
♡ Wash your lashes 2x DAILY with a lash-safe cleanser
♡ Gently cleanse your lash line with a soft cleansing brush
♡ DO NOT let your lashes air dry — use a lash fan on a COOL setting
♡ Brush with a clean spoolie until completely dry
♡ NEVER sleep with makeup on
♡ Avoid picking, pulling, or rubbing your extensions
♡ Avoid direct/excessive heat — ovens, grills, saunas, open flames, etc. can singe or distort your extensions
♡ Try not to sleep directly on your lashes

WASH YOUR LASHES ASAP AFTER:
🌊 Swimming in the pool or ocean
😭 Crying
💦 Heavy sweating/workouts
🏖️ Any activity where your lashes are exposed to salt water, chlorine, sweat, sunscreen, etc.

And YES, you can get your lashes wet! 💦 Keeping them clean is an important part of keeping them looking good and lasting.

Your lash tech does the application, but aftercare is 50/50. Proper home care makes ALL the difference in your retention🤍
