Calendula - The Golden Healer

My poly tunnel is full this year, and as quickly as I harvest. The following day, like magic, back to full bloom x
So far I’ve made Calendula fizzy pop with apples, maple syrup and #applecidervinegar

I’ve used the petals in salads.

And to get me through the winter months infused a mason jar full of flowers with sea buckthorn, and rosehip seed oil.

What do you do with yours?

✨ Nature’s medicine cabinet in bloom.

Love the Forest
Love the fact that someone had put up maybe 3 of these beauties to help us remember (Fairies do exist)
I had the wonder of two beautiful stags rutting in this same wood.
Sometimes we need to just stop… and really look….. In between the madness going on in the world we’re all consumed In…
The mushrooms still grow, the apples carry on falling off the trees.. and the animals carry on doing what they do best. ❤️
