This is the battle for the Mens Physique Class C yesterday at @vanisleshowdown !
It was 2 minutes of judges changing the top 3 and comparing us to each other! This 2 minutes felt like 2 hours! Such an amazing experience! Glad to be top 3 beside this guys in special to my team mate and top 1 @rubal1989 !
Special thanks to our coach @proformfit for the support and knowledge given to us!
I still have a lot to improve and definitely my back pose was my let down, but this is just the second show and the next one I’ll come better and improved, I promise!

Today, I celebrate 10 years since I moved to Canada. 🇨🇦❤️🇧🇷

When I left Brazil, I was just a guy with a big dream carrying lots of expectations, fears, and hopes. I arrived with one month of rent paid and my first year of college covered. Other than that, I had no idea what life had in store for me.

I left everything I knew behind: my family, my friends, my home, my comfort zone. And somehow, this amazing country gave me so much in return.

Here, I made incredible new friends. I lived some of the best days of my life and some of the hardest. I experienced opportunities, challenges, places, and feelings I never could have imagined when I first packed my bags 10 years ago.

Of course, there were many times when I wished I could just be back home to hug my parents, spend time with my friends, or play soccer with my brother again. Those are the little things you realize mean so much when you’re far away.

But Canada also became home.

Here, I met the love of my life, Samantha. ❤️ And together, we extended our little family with our baby Beans. 🐱❤️

Looking back, I’m proud of that young guy who took the risk 10 years ago, even though he had no idea where the journey would take him.

And now, I’m excited to see what life has in store for the next 10 years. One thing I know for sure: wherever life takes me, I’ll always have incredible people by my side both here in Canada and back home in Brazil.

To everyone who has been part of my journey over these past 10 years: thank you. Every friendship, every experience, every lesson, and every memory has been part of the person I am today.

To my parents and my family: I love you guys more than words can say. ❤️

And to Samantha and Beans: you guys are my everything. ❤️

I got to spent the weekend and watch a World Cup game with the love of my life in Victoria - BC! What an amazing experience 🇧🇷🏆⚽️
