248.5 in January on a wild bulk, 197lbs now. Right before summer 26’! Goal was 215, now it’s 190! Never doubt yourself, the mind always leads to negativity (without our control) so it’s important to give yourself positive affirmations daily! Not where I wanna be, YET!💪🏼🧠 taken in North Hollywood, California by @vladi_gee

“It’s not for everyone, it’s for us 🐺

“It’s too cold out there to hit the gym”…. “I don’t have time”… “I’m a parent, no way I can get a workout in”… “Fat genes run in my family”… “I’m tired after work”… TRUST ME, I’ve heard it all. None of those excuses are valid, period. It’s all about you & your self-push because no one will push you into the gym or push you away from that junk food… nobody cares for you as much as you do. Remember that. No gym? No problem! Home workouts are available, or even the park! HMU if you have any Q’s…
