XXXVII. 🎈

37 years of becoming, learning, stretching, trusting, and growing.

I’m not rushing what’s next. I’m not mourning what’s behind me. I’m grateful for every road that brought me here.

I can say it with peace and certainty:

I’m right where I’m supposed to be.

Here’s to another year of purpose, love, joy, alignment, and becoming everything God had in mind.

Chapter 37. Let’s live it. 🤎 taken in 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐝 by @vlbyrd

What would it look like if your worship reflected the strength and endurance God is giving you in this season? What kept you stressed this time last year is nothing to you now — and for that, we owe God praise! 👀

This is the season to recover all. This is the season to walk boldly. This is the season to give God what He’s due. 🙌🏾

Join the young adults of @mtzionnashville as we gather together for another night of worship with @vlbyrd and a special moment of inspiration and encouragement from our NextGen pastor @yoimdarrellbrown! All 18-35 year olds are welcome, no matter if you’re in the #YAMFAM or not!

In two weeks, we give it all to Him. 🕊️ taken in Mt Zion Baptist Church by @vlbyrd

GRATEFUL 🥹

In each moment of joy or hardship, make sure in each step of life to show God that you are grateful to him!

Not just with your words but how you walk through life. Whether in your home, your job, your school, or even Walmart to get some eggs. ALWAYS BE GRATEFUL!

We can give God our best without becoming so focused on creating the perfect moment that we miss the reason we gathered in the first place.

Excellence matters.
Preparation matters.
Production matters.
But none of it should become the main thing.

Prepare with excellence and leave room for God to interrupt the plan.

That is what makes Sunday By Design so valuable. Sheldon refuses to separate the spiritual from the practical.

This is the result of making room for God and letting the moment flow. You can’t manufacture moments like this. When God moves, you just make room and follow where He leads.

There’s room for you here, too. 👉🏾 Join the Local Church Co. 🔗 in bio by @vlbyrd
