Vadim, the founder and soul of VLG Auto Service, didn’t set out to build a business — he built a mission. After being laid off from his full-time job of over 15 years during the height of the Covid pandemic, he faced a crossroad. Many would see that as an end. He saw it as the beginning.

Since childhood, Vadim was drawn to engines — not just to fix them, but to understand and revive them. What started as a hobby became a calling. He pursued the proper education, earned his certifications, and turned his garage into a place where honest work meets excellence.

But Vadim’s story doesn’t end under the hood.

Every Sunday, you’ll find him behind the soundboard at his local church — serving quietly but faithfully. He leads not just his team, but his family and community with integrity, humility, and strength.

Vadim is more than a business owner.
