Custom typeface for @agathesorlet « Sorlettre »

We worked with Agathe to design a custom font based on her handwriting. The typeface features many alternates and a lot of ligatures needed to make the letters linked when typing.

(EN) Gamin, coming soon to @blazetype 🔥

This font is meant to be playful, with very soft curves counterbalanced by sharp, prickly cuts. Gamin was designed with the nostalgia of children’s games, school playgrounds, covered walkways… We all remember the shelter of our school yard. The number of glyphs? Around 500… I think. I was never a very good student, just like this typeface. Coming soon! When? Before summer break!  (FR) Gamin, bientôt chez Blaze Type 🔥
 Cette police de caractères se veut joueuse, avec des courbes très douces contrebalancées par des coupures raides et piquantes. Gamin a été imaginée avec la nostalgie des jeux pour enfants, des cours de récréation, des préaux… On se souvient tous du préau de son école. Le nombre de glyphes ? Aux alentours de 500… J’crois. Je n’ai jamais été très bon élève, tout comme cette police. Bientôt disponible ! Quand ? Avant les grandes vacances ! by @vlntnmd

Lettering and fictional identity for a Parisian brasserie.

Inspired by my go-to spot for the past 3 years, its regulars of all ages, and Achille, my favorite waiter who serves me my coffee every morning.

Inspiré par mon repaire depuis 3 ans, ses habitués de tous âges, et Achille, mon serveur préféré qui me sert mon café chaque matin.
