With doubt and not sure how I was fitness wise I started yesterdays Ocean Lava Montenegro. My swim was really good considering that I only had done two swim sessions this year since 2024.
On to the bike and by Garmin computer was total off so I could not see what speed I was holding so it had to be by feel. Mentally it got hard not knowing what speed I was holding. Some rain made the bike ride cooler and at some parts cold.
On to the run the sun was shining and it got warmer and it was all about just running at moderate pace.
So happy to finish another race.

Arrived here i Kotor Tuesday efternoon after 2,5h drive from Dubrovnik in Croatia. Been a few slow days getting in to it but a morning swim and a short ride to test out that the bike is tuned and ready for Sunday.
