Fit and Fine has always been my safe place—my therapy, my time to breathe, and a place where I get to do something for me. Sunday morning women’s wellness retreat reminded me why it means so much. 🤍
Slow flow yoga, a full-body workout, sound bath relaxation, journaling, and honest conversations with women carrying so many of the same everyday responsibilities.
We ended with an amazing breakfast together, feeling connected and reminded that we’re not alone.
A reset. A refuel. A refocus. Time to pour into ourselves when we spend so much of our lives pouring into everyone else.
I left feeling nourished in my mind, body, and soul. So grateful for this place and this community. ✨ by @vmartinez91011
