Makeover Look 2 #DragRaceGlobalAllStarswhen @athena.likis came to me to propose me to create her makeover looks, I was immetiately excited by the project 💫we very fastly spoke about our love for vintage (clothes / furniture …) and it was like an evidence ✨she told me the story she wanted to share « when I was a child, I was very early attracted by fashion and as soon as my parents couldn’t see me, I started to play with all the family’s clothes layering lots of stuff to finally have something so cool just so spontaneously and this is what I want to recreate here »so she proposed me to create two looks composed by clothes, accessories etc coming from the collective memory of « father’s dressing » (so I used ties, watches, shirts, …) 👔« mother’s dressing » (that I translated with trenches, jewels, bras, silk scarves, handbags, sunglasses, …) 👛but also « brother and sister’s dressing » (with spikes necklaces, rock tees, tartan, denim, vinyl skirts because we were those kind of teenagers of course, bustiers, …)🤘I voluntary used only visible attaches (safety pins like we loved to use when we were teenagers / bulldog clips / …) to let this feeling « a child could make it » and also because all the clothes were supposed to be easily freed after playing to put it back in everybody’s dressing discreetly 🫣🤸‍♀️👠and of couse we wanted to have this Y2K/Punk/Cyber/Goth/Warrior … vibe in the final looks ❤️‍🔥⛓️💦tnx @athena.likis and @sarah__kurt for choosing me to tell this story with you, these are exactly the kinds of projects I love and you know it 💓 my love for vintage and upcycling is something very important in my work and creating a look based on styling is really my thing, I had so much fun and you totally trusted me and let me express myself with your eyes closed 🥰tnx for thinking about me to be your twin to shoot the looks, you know how I also like to wear clothes, this was a special moment for me 👭and of course tnx @mm6maisonmargiela @_de_pino @laruicci @ximonlee 🤍 by @vnspntvns

encore un moment suspendu partagé avec ma Punani Love 💞 @roseandpunani 💞pour ton retour dans la Saison 3 de @dragrace_france tu as créé un body dans un magnifique brocart vert anis, à partir duquel tu m’as proposé d’imaginer une suite de silhouette avec nos habituelles références qui nous font tant rêver 💫 tu voulais quelque chose de coloré, royal tout en restant moderneavec mon amour pour le patchwork, nous sommes allées chiner de somptueux tissus et nous avons commencé à raconter cette histoire ensemble 💞en une soirée, entre rires et récits de vie, j’ai commencé à draper (tu sais comme j’adore ça 🌊) et de là, tout a pris vie…nous nous sommes couchées là dessus (la pizza a la truffe etait divine oui 💦) au reveil le matin, en decouvrant la silhouette, nous avons immédiatement réussi à nous projeter comme nos esprits creatifs aiment tant le faire 🥰je me suis mise à brûler, déchirer, froisser les tissus du drapé et toi, tu t’es lancée dans ton activité préférée..la création d’une harmonie de strass pour illuminer ton précieux body 💎✨ suite à quoi tu t’es adonnée à ta deuxième activité préférée, la création de gants assortis dans un tissu stretch avec of course finition ongles strass 💅nous nous sommes questionnées sur la parure qui ornerait le haut de ton corps, quelque chose qui donnerait du cachet au look même en close up et quoi de plus évident qu’une couronne sur ton visage qui laisserait évidemment apparaître tes yeux et ta bouche signature 💄💋tu t’es donc dévouée à cette tâche compliquée de la creation du quadrillage, merci les longues heures de devoirs de math 📐 et tu as pu ensuite te défouler en y incrustant tous les restes de strass que tu avais préparés avec tant de soin 🤸‍♀️il me tardait de fouiller dans tes magnifiques réserves de bijoux et de perles, merci maman Punani pour ces beaux envois, ils nous ont bien servi 🥰pour ensuite, ensemble, parce que nous adorons cela, trier les plumes d’autruche par couleur et les distribuer harmonieusement sur les différentes teintes de tissus 🪶 by @vnspntvns
