We have room for 6 more little learners! 💙🎒

Our ECEC center-based Head Start program currently has 6 openings for children ages 3–5.

ECEC gives children a supportive place to learn, play, grow, and prepare for their next big adventure. And in this video, you can hear what the experience means directly from parents in our ECEC community. 🥰

Know a family who might be looking for a Head Start program? Share this post with them!

What does 130 years of service really mean?

It means generations of families finding hope during difficult times.

It means veterans discovering support when they need it most.

It means older adults remaining independent, children finding caring mentors, and neighbors stepping forward to help neighbors.

Thank you for helping us write the next chapter.

Some gifts last a lifetime. Others last for generations. 💛

A legacy gift helps ensure that future families, veterans, seniors, and children continue receiving the care and support they deserve.

Leave a legacy of hope.

Happy National Cheeseburger Day!🍔
At VOA Colorado, Burger Fridays are about more than cheeseburgers.

They're about sharing a meal, building community, and helping ensure our neighbors have access to nutritious food and meaningful connection.

Here's to good food and the even greater impact it can have. 💛

We were SO incredibly honored to bring Chocolate Fantasia back to Durango! 🍫💚

And, Durango showed up BIG! A sold-out crowd, beautiful chocolate, awesome music, and a whole lot of fun.

We are incredibly grateful to our sponsors and everyone who came out to support Volunteers of America Colorado and our mission of helping people move forward in life.

Best of all, funds raised tonight go directly to the Durango Community Shelter and Southwest Safehouse, helping people right here in Southwest Colorado.

Thank you, Durango! What a night! taken in Durango, Colorado by @voacolorado

Chocolate Fantasia is THIS THURSDAY! 🍫🎉

There’s still time to join us September 17 from 6–9 p.m. at the La Plata County Fairgrounds for an evening of chocolate, creativity and community.

Enjoy chocolate creations from local chefs and community members, a silent auction, appetizers, drinks and music, all while helping raise critical funds for the Durango Community Shelter and Southwest Safehouse.

And before the festivities begin, we want to give a huge thank you to our Gold Sponsors, Alpine Bank and Downs McDonough & Foley, LLC, whose generous support helps make Chocolate Fantasia possible. ❤️

🎟️ Grab your tickets on our website and join us for one sweet night with an even sweeter purpose!
