Hi, I’m Nailah Spencer. Allow me to reintroduce myself. I started my career as a journalist, sharing stories that informed and inspired communities. Over the years, I realized my passion for storytelling didn’t end when the cameras stopped rolling. It simply evolved.

It’s kinda chic to run a business with your best friend. ✨

Last month, we had the opportunity to represent our businesses, @creomaison and @voiceandvisionagency , at @blacktechweek in Cincinnati!

We had such a fun time connecting with fellow creatives and entrepreneurs, learning from so many talented people, and being surrounded by a community of people building, creating, and doing their own thing.

Already looking forward to Black Tech Week next year!

Young, gifted, and Black. 💙

I had an amazing time at @blacktechweek This was my first experience, and from day one I knew it was a community I'd be coming back to every year.

September marks my first full year as an entrepreneur, and in just 10 months I've had the opportunity to speak on panels, work with public officials, restaurants, community organizations, fitness studios, museums, and so many incredible people. The one thing that's kept me going through it all has been the outpouring of support from my community.

That's why attending Black Tech Week as a founder felt so special. It was a full-circle moment. I'm still processing everything I learned, the conversations I had, and the connections I made.

I'm leaving inspired, challenged, and even more excited for what's ahead. Already counting down until next year. 💙

The only thing standing between the woman you’re called to be and who you are right now is you.

Grateful for the opportunity to speak on a panel for the Women’s Business Center of Kentucky about how businesses can work with content creators to grow their brands.

Six months into launching my business and already having moments like this feels full circle.

I ended Black History Month and stepped into Women’s History Month feeling empowered.❤️

So grateful to have served as a panelist for @wbckentucky Strong Women Strong Coffee series alongside incredible women, having real conversations about entrepreneurship and building on social media with intention.

As someone who launched my business less than a year ago, the encouragement meant everything. Thank you to everyone who attended, to my fellow panelists for sharing space so beautifully, and a special thank you to @kana.curates for thinking of me and welcoming me into this space.

And to my family and friends who showed up for me, thank you for always believing in my vision.
