What’s the most legendary Defqon.1 anthem according to our Weekend Warriors? Let’s take on this side quest together with Voidax.

𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗳𝗾𝗼𝗻.𝟭 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 🥹💛 (warning: post long af)

I know I posted a couple of days ago saying that I was gonna lay low for some time, but I’d be lying if I said this weekend didn’t spark atleast a tiny flame within my heart again. Everything revolved around Defqon.1 just feels so unreal, from staying at the artist village for the whole weekend to seeing everyone again and being so close to the music and its warm community.

Also having done some smaller things for Defqon.1 made me insanely motivated to atleast try to be involved with it as much as possible. I’m really grateful for the opportunity so thank you so much to the people responsible for it (especially @myronus 💛).

ALSO huge respect to everyone responsible for imo the largest festival production ever, from the check-in at the village to the stage design, stage management & media crew. You guys are the real heroes behind it all, sorry if it sounds a bit cringe but I just wanted to mention it 🫶.

Lastly, I really enjoyed the (possibly last) set with @lunerdj , even though we ended up a bit later than expected (props to stage management for coming up with a solution!). I’m gonna take some time to reflect on everything and figure out what it is that really drew me to music & festivals in general. Maybe I’ll come back in some capacity or not, but until that time, thanks everyone for listening to my music, showing up early during opening sets, showing your love on or offline and supporting me throughout these past 11 years. Until we meet again 💛.

ALSO SOMEONE ID THAT DRUM & BASS TRACK FOR ME BECAUSE IT WAS FKN DISGUSTING

Oh also I finally met my match in slide 3 when someone beat me at “guess the track” for the first time 🥹.

OH ALSO PROUD OF YOU FOR TAKING YOUR FIRST RED TOUR IN THE CHOPPER @bobbievdbx taken in Defqon 1 - Biddinghuizen by @voidaxdj
