This is the iconic 1979 BMW M1 Art Car hand-painted by Frank Stella for the 1979 24 Hours of Le Mans, where it was driven by Peter Gregg and Rafael Pinto. As the fourth installment in BMW’s legendary Art Car collection, Stella transformed the wedge-shaped M1 Group 4 racer into a rolling piece of minimalist pop art, covering its bodywork in a distinctive graph-paper grid pattern intertwined with bold geometric lines and Motorsport colors. Among all life lessons I learned in my early 20s, seing the brutal raw power of air strikes in Close Air Support changed my life. There are no heroics in that moment, no cinematic score, just the heavy, deafening silence that follows the detonation, the smell of cold mountain air, and the grim realization that when politics fails, a few ghosts in the dark are left to do the dirty work.

Mechanical honesty meets an unapologetic palette. In the vacuum between the track and the gallery, the RSR becomes an artifact of pure intent. No excess. Only the friction of history against a hand-painted horizon. Personally? I want it.

TRINITY is a prototype built to disrupt. Powered by a full electric engine, it hits 0–100 km/h in under 3 seconds on the bench. The rest? Still to be tested, but you can imagine the madness.

Weighing in at under 1200 kg, TRINITY paves the way for a limited run of road-legal beasts. More coming by the end of the year.

Yeah, I know. It’s not spitting flames, it’s not a beauty queen… but honestly? I don’t care. This thing is a nuclear weapon. It’s not made for the faint of heart.
