Why work from another studio isn’t considered a “touch-up” 🤍✨

We love welcoming new clients to the studio, but we often get asked why an appointment for brows done elsewhere can’t be booked as a standard touch-up.

When you come in with previous permanent makeup from another artist, it requires a completely different level of care, time, and expertise:

🎨 Color Correction: Neutralizing old, faded tones (red, blue, gray) to ensure your new color lays beautifully.
📐 Reshaping: Remapping the brows to correct symmetry or adjust the structure.
🔍 Skin Assessment: Evaluating for depth, pigment saturation, and potential scar tissue.
⏱️ Extra Time: Working over existing work is complex and can’t be rushed! A lot of times it’s more work than having someone come in that has never had their brows done before.

To ensure I can give you the safe, high-quality, long-lasting results you deserve, all work over previous permanent makeup is booked as a New Client / Full Appointment.
