Making a difference beyond the microphone!

@ryanfoundation is uplifting pediatric patients by bringing creativity, connection, and joy to children’s hospitals nationwide!

Through Seacrest Studios, patients have access to interactive media spaces where they can host shows, create a podcast, interview talent, make videos, play games and learn new skills, all while supporting their emotional healing.

From building confidence to creating moments of joy and possibility, these studios help make the hospital experience a little brighter.

Be honest… are you a teleprompter pro or do you lose your place after the first sentence? 👀

1. Your niche matters: find an untapped niche to stand out

2. Audio quality is EVERYTHING: invest in quality microphones (like @rodemic!)

3. It takes time to grow: most shows don't go viral overnight. Be consistent and upload weekly.

4. Your first episode won't be perfect: you'll consistently get better with every episode.

5. Guests are great, but not all that matters: logistically having a show that relies on guests can be draining! Build a consistent structure that makes each episode feel consistent.

6. Know your "why": This makes all the hard work and sacrifices worth it. Show up for this audience.

Are you an experienced host or podcaster? We'd love to hear what has helped you stay consistent and successful, drop your advice in the comments for fellow podcasters ⬇️
