In 2024, the mayor and two members of Irvine’s City Council won crowded races with 30-39% of the vote. Our city could be headed for even worse outcomes this November, with crowded races for council seats in Districts 1 and 5.

Head over to @irvine_watchdog for a look at those races and how voting yes on D can help voters avoid the vote splitting, strategic voting, and other scary scenarios they’re contending with this election. 👻 taken in Irvine, California by @voterchoiceirvine

Huge thank you to everyone who brought signs and energy to the #nokings demos across town this weekend!📢✨

Ranked choice voting is the fastest-growing nonpartisan electoral reform in the country. Right here in Irvine, Measure D is bringing together voters from across the entire political spectrum because *true* majority rule is something we can all agree on. 🗳️

Ballots are already in mailboxes, so do not wait! Make your plan to vote early and, of course, go all the way to the very bottom of your ballot to mark YES on Measure D for RCV.

🔗 To help us lock in a win, check out the link in bio, sign-up to canvas, phone bank, pitch signs, or for our next special event.

Keep the drama OUT of the Dreamhouse! 🏠✨

Barbie is voting 💖 YES on Measure D 💖 because ranked choice voting means positive, issue-focused campaigns instead of negative attacks.

Less mudslinging, more teamwork!

Speaking of teamwork... we are looking for volunteers to round out our weekend canvas. If you're free Saturday morning or Sunday late afternoon, link in bio has the sign-up. ✨

Shout out to Jackie and her daughter for sharing this amazing scene with us! If you have a burgeoning political artist in your house we would love to see their work. Tag or DM us so we can take a peek. 💕 by @voterchoiceirvine

Thank you to Susan Sayre and Regents Point for organizing an informative night! Sue Campbell from the League of Women Voters presented on all the California Propositions and I was invited to present on Irvine’s Measure D! 🙌

⏰ Just 2️⃣0️⃣ days until the Nov 3rd election! 🗳️

After the event, somebody came up to me and said, “why don’t we have ranked choice voting nationwide? It makes so much sense!” Well, that’s how we at @voterchoiceirvine feel and are working to bring it to Irvine first because meaningful changes always start at home! 🏠💕
