You don’t actually have to pay for good automotive ads. Done right, they pay for themselves. Meta and Google don’t charge a flat rate. Their auctions weigh how likely people are to act on your ad. So when your ad is weak, Meta has to work harder to find each buyer, your cost per sale climbs, and you’re left with less money for ads. The opposite is also true. A strong ad gets more people to act, your CPA drops, and every dollar buys more sales. Per Nielsen, creative drives 56% of the sales lift on digital campaigns. Here’s the math. Imagine two brands, both making $250K a month. Brand A spends $30K on creative and only needs $50K in ad spend. Brand B spends $10K on creative and $100K on ad spend.
