Listen, we at @trashpandadisco used to be anarchist electropunks, but in the immortal words of Mr. Roger's/Rza
"Cash Rules Everything Around Me, CREAM, get the money, dolla dolla bills ya'll"

So now that we're at a for profit establishment (it is still a punk dive bar though) were bringing back the event that RedState called "I'm not gay, you're gay" (RedState.com)

If you'd told the 20 something me that 20 years later I'd be doing summer stuff with people at things like parties and shows, that 20 something would probably say... "Yeah I mean what else would we do?"

I dont usually use social media for anything other than obnoxious self promotion but my team at @defyconventionllc for @electric_forest 2026 was so good I gotta put it out there genuinely.

There were 46 of us and together we made (almost - thanks weather!) 4 nights of the speakeasy happen, 2 @trashpandadisco take overs and 3 nights at The Gingerbread Haus plus brought performances to Pride at Honeycomb and Drag Brunch pre party! That was on top of, for me, djing Good Life on Wednesday, Silent Disco on Thursday and as part of @dadanduncle on Fri and Sat w @djvandalmusic

So I'm a little tired.

Special shout out to my stage managers Steve and Steve for running a flawless show. My biz partners in crime at eff @the_drewhaha and Dana Klenk and our djs @djmrbobby @orvillekline @mike_parallax and @davey.valentine (and super big thanks to Davey for helping manage that.) Also shout out to @no1deadbeatdad for killing it at the #TrashpandaDisco

Final shout out to @fire4skunk for literally MCing and performing on multiple stages for all 5 of the days we were activating there.

As always thanks to @novahan @cirque_berzerk for having us out. Here's to 2027!
