Finally took some time for pictures 😅

Here is my version of the #fortivtuliptop , this is my pattern tester version.

Really easy to make actually. I rarely make separates so it is a nice addition to my Me Made Wardrobe 😊

Next time I think I will size down. I would like to close it a bit more and make it more snug ☺️.

This is at the moment the top project for 2024! 🤍🖤🤍

This hacked version of the #rosecafebustierdress with a half circle skirt and trim at the top 🥰.

I am sewing less garnments this year. It has just been busier so better make the most of my sewing time 👌🙂.

Where am I going? I am going to wear this just to go out and water the plants...😆

This main fabric is 😍 and it was a pillowcase (I "found" it in my mom's house). You would be surprised the amount of fabric there is in a pillowcase.

I main change I made to the pattern was to add lining since it is not made to have lining. I added also boning to the back. The pattern was actually not dificult and it was a good surprise since it is my first corset!

Totallt recomment.

A gentle project to get back into sewing.

I have been feeling better but in order to make sure I can actually sew again I was looking for an easier project. I also have a gap for summer tops on my wardrobe and when the pattern test came up I just had to apply 😊.

This is the Mallört top by @gro.design.studio (can also be made as a dress).
It is a wrap style and I added little buttons for the front closure and then ot wraps at the back.

This is size 1 btw with no modifications.
For reference I am 160cm short 🤭, bust 86cm. waist 70 cm.

The project itself is very easy as fast to sew. If you have sewing experience it is quite fast to make.

All I had to do, to get a better fit was to knit a bigger size 😅.
I love using contrasting color yarns for my socks but .... so many ends tk weave in lol.

Pairing with one of my many pairs of #clydeworkpants

The sock patter is again the free Basic sock by @summer.lee.knits by @voxsoares

Mood: Tired of winter and all this crazy weather.

Finally finished a sewing project.
A #frankieprojectbag 🖤. Got this fabric years ago in a fabric surprise box. Really recommend the pattern. It is easy and a great project if you are struggling witb your sewjo.
I added the hardware at the sides to add straps and use it outside the house and added some fabric at the top because I thought this fabric would not look good with the channel topstitched.

"Trigger finger" 😑 I had no idea what it was until recently. Much better now but still healing.
PS: Don't knit with cheap needles...

Managed to go for a short walk in the ☀️ with doguita.

Casted on new socks! Trying to sew both at the same time. Going well ao far.

Bought the wrong 3.3mm needles 😑. Why so complicated chiaogoo?? 😭 already got the correct ones (in the picture). by @voxsoares

This dress pattern is on the top 3 for #memademay 2025 for sure!

This is #SCHSENNA by @schultzapparel and I have made this pattern 3 times!

The only modifications I made were:
👉 to shorten the torso by 2.5cm since I am petite! 😊
👉 to add a button at the back of the neck instead of ties.

100% recommend if you like the style 👌😉

It was a pleasure to test the first✨️ sewing pattern by @gro.design.studio - The Rölleka dress.

I really like the design and in my oppinion it is the perfect all seasons dress. Sleeveless for warmer days and layeres for the colder season.

The size I made in this version has enough ease to be worn with a turtleneck under.

✨️I think that this is a pattern for an intermediate sewist, and adventurous begginer can ofc give it a try 👌
✨️I reduced 2cm in the bodice since I am petite. I think I will reduce 3cm next time.
✨️I also made my skirt pieces shorter to match my desired lenght.
✨️My favorite projects now get a label 🤎 and I added one by @cosyclubhandmade
✨️The pockets!!! They are very big 🤎 and with space to carry all my essentials with no need for a bag 👌

Do I want to make another one? Yes!

Next time I will made one with less ease because I want a more fitted version and for colder days I can add a sweather on top 🤗

Anyone else misses summer and the very warm days? I mean...I know the feeling will disappear on the first day of 30° heat 😅

I have tested the Vallie top (and dress) pattern by @petitestitchery
I made it in this linnen/viscose blend and it is super light and airy. I have to save it for the warmer days because the weather is still confused and rainy here 😅.

Number 2! 🥳

For my 2nd pair of socks I wanted to have cuff, heel flap and toes in another color and choose a beautifull hand painted yarn as the main color, the last picture is the yarn...

BUT 😭

When I made the ball I noticed that at about half of the ball the orange was gone 🥲.

I knitted from the middle of the ball after the heel flap to use the orange for the top section.
I am still mad at this yarn...

I still like the end result and hey... I have another pair of socks.

Yarns: @malabrigoyarn in Terracota and Araucania yarns in "Scarlet banded narnet".

I made socks!! 🧶

This is my first pair of socks 🥲!
For this reason I really wanted them to have a permanent place in my grid.
Knitting socks is a skill I wanted to learn for a long time.
They were finished in january and I have been wearing them a lot 🩷 do I am maiking more.

As you can see, Michi 😺 approves

The yarn is color 118 by @rosarios_4
The pattern is the "I am so basic sock" by @summer.lee.knits
Her videos about how to knit sicks were essencial to make these come true 💖 and I totally recommend if you are also trying to learn how to knit socks.
