I refuse to believe that you cannot be both compassionate and strong.

I’ve been waiting for just the right moment to share these special photos, and it feels as though my 33rd birthday - falling alongside Latvia’s Independence Day - is exactly that moment.

In the summer of 2025, I had the privilege of being part of the Transport Team for the XIII Latvian School Youth Song and Dance Festival. It’s the largest event in Latvia - one that not only unites thousands of people, but also embodies a cornerstone of our nation’s intangible cultural heritage. Trying to capture that experience in words feels almost impossible; it’s something you have to live and breathe to truly understand.

There is only one thing worth remembering - If you invite me to your wedding, just know I’ll tear up the dance floor with you. 😉 Honored to host yet another friends wedding. 👰‍♀️🤵‍♂️ Gringos @tributix and @vefinjsh - congrats on making it o-fish-ial. Now, there are two less fish in the sea. ❤ by @voyagewcookie
