Feeling blessed to be named GQ's Top 10 Coaches of 2025.

But I need to be real with you…
6 years ago, I wasn’t this man.

I was stuck. Operating at 70% of what I knew I was capable of.

My business hit a wall. My relationships felt empty.

And deep down, I knew I was meant for more but I couldn’t seem to break through.

That’s when I hired my first coach and boy did it crack me open.

And it wasn’t because he gave me “tips”… but because he held me to a higher standard and refused to let me hide.

That one decision changed everything, my business, my relationships, and the way I carried myself as a man. I literally went from 0 to 100 real quick…

Since then I’ve devoted myself to help other men do the same.

To step into their highest potential and live a life worth living.

Beyond grateful for what this work has brought me and what it continues to open.

This man came in wanting to put some things down.

What he found was that no amount of thinking about it was ever going to move it. It has to come out of the body.
