Some of the most common signs that personal transformation is beginning include:

1. Feeling dissatisfied with the current situation
A person begins to feel that their habits, lifestyle, or way of thinking no longer fits who they are, even if they are not yet sure what they truly want.

2. Increased self-awareness
They become more aware of their thoughts and behaviors than before, asking themselves questions such as:

* Why do I behave this way?
* Is this really what I want?
* What is preventing me from changing?

3. Inner conflict
At this stage, there is a clash between the old self and the emerging new self. One part wants to remain in its comfort zone, while another part longs for growth. As a result, the person may experience hesitation, fear, or even a temporary loss of motivation.
