Shooting at high frame rates can be a creative challenge in the #LEDvolume. Creative challenges need creative solutions. For this spot, we re-tooled our workflow for #slowmotion capture at #60fps.

Dare I say it - the results are, well…OUTTA THIS WORLD 👽

Long-format studio productions require not just ample square footage but benefit greatly from a versatile production space where diverse toolsets are available to maximize the use of space and time.

Our hybrid studio facilities enabled this feature film to switch between a highway and a high-rise in a matter of minutes in a single location. The #moonstage cyc studio functioned as a set build & prep area, allowing a fast set turnover in the adjacent #sunstage LED volume studio – picture car out, practical set pieces in whilst our ICVFX team makes the switch from driving plates to a 3D environment.

No unit moves, no transportation costs, and significantly reduced downtime between setup changes.

#tbt to a beautiful tale of music and multiculturalism shooting in our #ledvolume stage.

5 worlds in 2 days, shooting on a tight schedule, a modest budget and a lean crew - it IS possible when we integrate our consultancy, ICVFX team and facilities services into your production as a dedicated #virtualproduction department.

Serving the creative, facilitating the technical.

Stay tuned for the final release!

#moonstage doubling for a gritty bathroom setup for @andrewappelle ‘s upcoming #shortfilm .

Freedom of camera angles was crucial to the storytelling, and stunt requirements called for additional safety measures meaning a fully custom #setbuild - a piece of cake if you are in a climate-controlled, 1200amp soundstage with an oversized grade-level loading door and a 5’ x 5’ grid.
