OK, THIS IS THE FULL VIDEO...... again this is family love. All love but that competitive nature doesn't turn off. Always have to take care of business. My work ethic has to be like no other to be able to compete and have a dominant mindset the way I do. Coming off an Achilles rupture without having surgery was tough and depressing because I didn't know if I would ever be able to compete again. I just did a lot of research and took care of it mostly by myself. This drive doesn't turn off. My mental toughness is on a whole different scale. I don't know what I'm tired is, I don't know what I can't means, I don't know what I'm finished is, I don't know what the bare minimum is, I only push limits. I don't know what excuses are, I only find solutions. Players/parents won't find another staff that will outwork us. Coming to play for us over at Compton college is NOT for everybody. We don't want everybody. But if you want to be pushed, challenged, taught, coached, developed, torn down and build-up, critiqued, praised, criticized, celebrated, stay longer to lift weights, then go back to work on your game over and over again every day then WE might be right for you. We have what you need to reach the next level from resources to the work.
