🇬🇧 9 months of salt water and sweat. Train, surf, spend time upside down, eat fresh food, code, repeat. Ups and downs, routine and adventure - and a whole bunch of lessons about nature, culture, people and myself. Grateful for it all. See you in a couple weeks, El Salvador. 🇸🇻

🇬🇧 Life 10 years ago.
2016 was a year full of change. Experienced lots of freedom and everything wonderful and everything scary coming with it.
Spent the first half of the year in Australia, including a quick trip to Bali, doing lots of parkour, going on all the adventures, sleeping on floors, roofs and in nature, meeting truly amazing people.
I was also completely clueless regarding what to do or where to go next in life, until I somehow ended up moving to Copenhagen, Denmark (🫶🏼) later that year to do a master’s degree. (One of the best decisions in my life)
2016 was an amazing year and thinking back puts a big fat smile on my face. Glad I made this little memory video of it

🇪🇸 La vida hace 10 años.
El 2016 fue un año lleno de cambios. Viví mucha libertad, con todo lo maravilloso y todo lo aterrador que viene con ella.
Pasé la primera mitad del año en Australia, incluyendo un viaje corto a Bali, haciendo mucho parkour, viviendo todo tipo de aventuras, durmiendo en pisos, techos y en la naturaleza, y conociendo personas realmente increíbles.
También estaba completamente perdido con respeto a qué hacer o a dónde ir en la vida, hasta que de alguna manera terminé mudándome a Copenhagen, Dinamarca (🫶🏼), más tarde ese mismo año para hacer un master. (Una de las mejores decisiones de mi vida).
El 2016 fue un año increíble, y recordarlo me saca una gran sonrisa.

Last year’s handstand recap (aka yesterday).
Not about chasing progress, but maintaining what’s there. When motivation faded, discipline showed up—and often, the practice turned into something meditative and grounding. Handstands just feel good.
They are the perfect balance to my other sports and luckily require nothing more than a hard floor.
Lately, I’ve added the occasional sets of weight shifts to train toward one-arm handstands 😬☺️
And yes, tropical climate makes training so much more enjoyable and my body just feel good 😍
