When your first league Coach shares part of your story on the news 🙏🏾🏈The Coach Sarna League - where the love of flag began and the belief Coach Sarna had in me to rise as a WR when I knew very little about football. He was my first Coach to put me in and I just had no idea what would be growing from it, other than the fact I was having fun. Many dreams began on that PAL field in Vallejo, CA. (I started playing in grade 11 😁) Thank you Coach Sarna and family for your dedication to growing the game and ensuring all youth have the opportunity to play and have access to this game we love. I’ve spent many hours here, growing and progressing. Always good to see my first WR Coach (Angel) I feel blessed to keep developing here throughout my upcoming academic and college season and also being able to work with Coach Los weekly is a blessing. Getting better with these sessions after missing them for so long since I was in So Cal. I was challenged today, because I misplaced my gloves. I’ll be practicing without them more often. #consistencywins by @vreezy29

Competed in the first 49ers Flag Football Tournament and got back to work for group after being away for six months. I’ve still got work to do. A time was had in the tournament and experienced a different type of pressure and scared, but was good for me. Lil something from 7/9/26
Where you develop matters. How you develop matters. Who helps you develop matters. Worked with Coach Los consistently my senior yr in HS and right before I left for my first college season. He prepared me well. I know I’m going to thrive since I’ll be close to home. This stuff ain’t no overnight thing. Consistency, accountability and good coaching is what works. And dang lemme tell ya’ll my Mom picks GOOD coaches. She be knowin’. Shout out to my Grandparents for investing in my dreams. Progress film when I began in spring 2024. My last session was a drop-in during winter break ‘25. There are some gaps in the times I went due to playing league games, so my total time is a little over 1 year. One thing I learned is that prioritizing the number of games over practice means less development. You develop in practices with good coaches, not by playing numerous games. Less is more. About 40 min of footwork before passing begins. I was never a multi sport athlete. I have more years of ballet and tap, but I surprisingly discovered something else I’m pretty good at. I’m still working though I’ve been told I have natural ability. I still have to consistently put in the work, show and prove and earn it. Next video film will be my current route running post college and pre college season. I seek a strong program that prioritizes development and passing rather than running the ball. Enjoy! With ballers like Reezy in women’s flag football, you’re going to need every competitive edge you can get!

It’s been great having her out for a couple of our sports vision training sessions and seeing her invest in an area of performance that so many athletes overlook. The game keeps getting faster and the athletes who train their visual system will be ready for it.

Stacking Day #8, coming from post college season 1. Back to my old stomping grounds and my first WR Coach (est. 2024). It felt good to join these sessions with Coach Angel and co. again. I even got to see Coach Doherty. I’m grateful for the growth since ‘24 and Coach Angel ensuring I started off with strong fundamentals. This is my first group session back in 6 months. This was a part of my development that was missing and I’m grateful to get back to improving and getting better and better on a consistent basis (like I do). Much more work to do.
