here's that gentle reminder
from yr neighborhood energy worker✨️

if you don't fill your own cup,
how can you share ?

Decided to share this side of things more in part because I have beaten a lot of odds and although I have my limitations, realize I have a lot of tips I could share for others dealing with similar things.. and not just traumatic brain injuries, but any life challenges. Physical, mental, emotional health issues..

No.1 is being grateful
No. 2 is being playful

Life is short so live it and do your best to love it 🤷🏼

not that anyone asked lol by @vronronron

🌿🙏✨😌❤️‍🩹 What a Gift

First co-hosting a retreat with my longtime friend @blueberrywellness at her beautiful happy place in Cape Cod. We couldn't have asked for better weather or a more perfectly aligned group of peace seekers than what we received that day.

We gathered, we connected, we collected, we played, we received, we tapped in, and we sent it out. Hope the ripples were felt and that some of you seeing this will join us in the next one. 🌬️♥️🙌 by @vronronron

Had a beautiful time staying with generous friends in Brewster, MA! ... taking in their local scenes, while creeping on my wife, sharing some future business dreams, and getting the ultimate experience of Pride in Provinctown with friends both new and old. Thank you Jen, Joe, and Derick!

There's my classic long ass sentence 🙂‍↕️ taken in Cape Cod, Massachussets by @vronronron

exhausted as hell
but getting it done 🤘

Sonny is finally himself these last 24 hours, so naturally Bean had to have her Urgent Care moment 💅

Life has been moving with a lot of shifts and extras lately but still feeling super blessed in so many ways ❤️ but if I haven't seen ya lately, I miss you xxx by @vronronron

Did you know JCPenny's still exists?
And they still do family portraits?
And now they have a fairy scene they are advertising? So if you and yr siblings are in a long running DND campaign you can weird them out when you show up in your characters?

Currently a ghost of my *possibly* deceased magical Rogue Tiefling character 🙋👹🗡️🔮🪦🔥 by @vronronron
