Honored to be the Hilton EMEA Drinks Champion 2025! ✨️🏆

This past year has been a journey of growth, community, and collaboration.

In just two weeks, it will mark one year since transitioning from the UK to Continental Europe, a move that has brought exciting challenges and incredible opportunities.

With the support of an amazing team, the focus has been on inspiration, education, and pushing boundaries.

The year kicked off with the first self-organized event on March 8, 2024, celebrating International Women’s Day alongside two talented female bartenders.
My attendance at bar shows in Rome, Berlin, and Athens provided further learning and networking opportunities, strengthening industry connections.

Competition has been a key motivator—securing 3rd place in the Italian Regional Final in Rome within just three months of joining the market was a proud achievement. But even more rewarding has been mentoring and inspiring the team, leading to five competition entries and three qualifications across different platforms.

This year, in collaboration with Food & Drinks Managers and HR, a new initiative,
'The Bar World of Tomorrow', was launched. Designed as a once a month activation in partnership with a local school, it aims to inspire new talent, offering young peers the opportunity to create their own zero-proof cocktails, learn sustainable techniques, and explore flavor innovation under my expert guidance.

Team development has remained my main focus, with monthly masterclasses, activations, and special menus designed in collaboration with partners. These efforts resulted in a 46% increase in signature cocktail sales compared to 2023.

And beyond the bar, the bi-weekly Skyline Team Sunday Lunch has become a cherished tradition—reinforcing the belief that hospitality is about more than just service; it’s about family, growth, and shared success.

This recognition is a reflection of the collective passion, dedication, and hard work of an incredible team.

Special thanks to all my wonderful mentors 💚🍸

Here’s to another year of innovation, shining, and raising the bar together!

Kept it local. 💚

Kept it red. ❤️

Moved a few things where they weren’t supposed to be.
Somewhere between tradition and temptation, there’s always room for a little trouble.

Be you. Be urban. 💚🍸

What a vibe @periferia.monterotondo
By design.

Charismatic bartenders, an incredible crowd, zero pretence.

Just people who genuinely love bars, love hospitality and love bartending.

Raw, urban, loud and full of life.

This one was for the love of the game.

All roads lead to Roma. 🇮🇹

This Monday we’re bringing Venice, Amsterdam and London together behind the bar at Organics by Red Bull Rooftop Bar, inside Aleph Rome Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton.

A beautiful line-up, two brilliant brands — Altamura Vodka and Kyma Amaro al Caffè — and one very good excuse to raise a glass after the first day of Roma Bar Show.

Monday, 14 September | 19:00–21:00

Rome, we’re ready.
Let’s roar. 🦁🍸

DRINK LIKE A REAL VENETIAN ... In Rome!

@lauramajn and I met and very quickly realised we see hospitality in a very similar way — with heart, curiosity, independence and a real sense of community.

So this night came together naturally for @romabarshow

Skyline x Periferia, with @sospiri.botaniche.veneziane and @craftnco.beecommunity connecting Venice and Rome through people, stories and cocktails that mean something to us.

Two women in hospitality, two different paths, one shared instinct: create something genuine and make people feel part of it.

Rome, see you at @periferia.monterotondo

How lucky am I?

Find someone who looks at you the way my friend looks at me.

Have you ever tasted pure joy?
Are you confident enough to live fully in your own body?
Do you wake up in love with life?

Mostra del Cinema. Red bows. Too much laughter. Probably a few celebrities I didn’t recognise — because the point was never to belong.

The point was to entertain myself.

To be curious.
To flirt with life a little.
To laugh too loudly.
To wear the shoes.
To take up the space.

As Fellini said, “You have to live spherically — in many directions.”

So I did. 🎥🍸

11 years abroad.

Guinness in the afternoon.

Martini Casino Royale celebrations at night.
Stirred, not shaken. Obviously.

“Why is it that people who can’t take advice always insist on giving it?”
Jokes on the side, the only sense I’d never want to lose is common sense.

A little chaotic.
A little dramatic.
Very grateful.
Life has been very good to me. 🖤🍸
