400 classes. 2 years. Countless moments of “I can’t” turning into “I did.” ✨
Today I’m celebrating a milestone that means so much more than a number — it’s proof of showing up, even on the hard days. @methodpilates hasn’t just changed my body, it’s changed how I show up for myself in every part of life. Stronger, more disciplined, more me. 🖤
To my incredible instructors @kacie.witha.k and @katja_miller1016 — thank you for never letting me settle for less than my best. Your energy, your push, and your belief in me (even when I didn’t believe in myself) is the reason I’m standing here at class #400. This one’s for you two. 🙏🏼🤍
Here’s to the next 400 and everything they’ll teach me.

✨200 Pilates classes in ONE year✨
Never in my life did I think I’d accomplish such a huge challenge, but here we are 💪🏼💫 I’m beyond grateful for every single instructor who has guided me, pushed me, and believed in me along the way.
Special shoutout to my amazing instructors Kacie @kacie.witha.k and @katja_miller1016 🙌🏼 and to the entire @methodpilates team for helping me grow stronger every day.
Here’s to many more classes and milestones ahead! 🩶 #PilatesStrong #200Classes

And of course, I couldn’t forget one of my biggest supporters @chrissy.nguy thank you so much for attending my 200th class and my 100th class. You inspired me to start getting into my fitness journey and I couldn’t imagine anyone else to do it with. taken in Method Pilates by @vsalgado97
