🎟️ First impressions are everything.

Before the lights, the music, or the confetti, there’s our team, scanning tickets, managing check-in, and welcoming every guest with a smile at the @theatrerialto . It’s a small moment, but it sets the tone for the whole night.

Because a great event doesn’t just start when the show does; it starts the second someone walks in.

That’s the value of having the right guest services and front-of-house team on-site. 😉

Avant les lumières, la musique ou les confettis, il y a notre équipe : elle scanne les billets, gère l’accueil et enregistre les arrivées, tout en souhaitant la bienvenue à chaque invité avec le sourire au @theatrerialto . C’est un petit moment, mais il donne le ton à toute la soirée.

Parce qu’un événement réussi ne commence pas seulement lorsque le spectacle débute; il commence dès qu’une personne franchit la porte.

This weekend our Montreal team was on the ground in Vaudreuil- Dorion supporting #leweekend2026 running everything from set up, pit stops and hydration points to a pet station and a cyclist recharge station.

But our favoutite part was cheering on every walker and cyclist who passed us! Our team brought the energy, positivity and life throughout the entire route, because for us, community event support is just as much about the heart as it is about logistics. 💙💚

Supporting volunteers, cheering on participants and being part of an event that makes a real impact in the fight against cancer is exactly why we love what we do.

Cette fin de semaine, notre équipe de Montréal était sur le terrain à Vaudreuil Dorion pour soutenir LeWeekend2026. Nous étions présents à chaque étape de l’événement, du montage aux points de ravitaillement et d’hydratation, en passant par un espace pour les animaux de compagnie et une station de recharge pour les cyclistes.

Mais notre moment préféré a été d’encourager chaque marcheur et chaque cycliste qui passait devant nous! Notre équipe a apporté de l’énergie, de la bonne humeur et une ambiance chaleureuse tout au long du parcours, parce que pour nous, soutenir un événement communautaire, c’est autant une question de cœur que d’organisation. 💙💚

Soutenir les bénévoles, encourager les participants et faire partie d’un événement qui a un réel impact dans la lutte contre le cancer, c’est exactement pourquoi nous aimons ce que nous faisons.

🏁 Grand Prix Weekend || Official Merchandise 🏁

When hundreds of thousands of fans arrive in Montreal for one of the most iconic race weekends in the world, every detail matters, including how they take a piece of it home.

We were proud to support @elevate_global_ across the official merchandise kiosks throughout the Grand Prix site, with 175 staff on the ground daily. Our Retail Sales Associates, Team Leads, POS Support, and Runners worked together to ensure every fan interaction was smooth, fast, and memorable.

A massive thank you to our incredible team for showing up and rising to the occasion all weekend long.

✨ Grand Prix Tea Above The City ✨

We were honoured to be part of an afternoon that was about so much more than motorsport. 💜

The Grand Prix Tea Above The City, presented by @decariemotors in partnership with @womenwhodrive and supporting the incredible cause @morethanacure, brought together 200 remarkable guests for an elegant afternoon celebration in the Old Port of Montreal.

Working alongside @sugo_mtl, our hospitality team, including servers, kitchen staff, and maître d’ worked behind the scenes to make sure every detail felt effortless, so guests could focus on what mattered most.
