Some songs are not just sung… they are felt.

“Nila Kaikiradhu” — brought to life by the soulful voices of our @vsharp.gurukulam students.

There’s something beautiful about watching young musicians go beyond the notes — finding the emotion, understanding the lyrics, and letting their voices tell the story.

Close your eyes. Listen. Feel. ❤️

Three springs ago, Vasanth stood before an audience of 300 people and shared a dream: to take his students to the GRAMMYs.

At the time, it felt ambitious, intimidating, and perhaps even impossible. But they say that if your dreams don’t scare you, they aren’t big enough.

At V# Gurukulam, our vision has never been just about teaching music. It’s about nurturing professional musicians, developing extraordinary artists, and, most importantly, shaping great human beings who lead with character, compassion, and integrity.

For the past six years, since our inception, we’ve worked tirelessly toward that vision. And today, we’re incredibly proud to share a milestone that brings us one step closer to that dream.

Our very own Kavi Nyx’s original single, “SPEAK UP,” released under Vsharp Records, has been submitted for consideration at the 69th GRAMMY Awards in three categories:

SONG OF THE YEAR
RECORD OF THE YEAR
POP SOLO PERFORMANCE

A dream that once seemed impossible is beginning to take shape.

But is this our destination? Absolutely not. We’re only scratching the surface.

For us, the greatest achievement isn’t an award or an accolade. It’s watching our students discover their potential, find their voices, and grow into confident artists and compassionate human beings.

We will continue to build a safe, inclusive platform where every aspiring musician has the freedom to explore, experiment, create, and excel. A community where dreams have no boundaries, opportunities are created, and talent is nurtured without expectations.

We are immensely proud of Kavi Nyx and everyone who has been part of this journey. This milestone belongs to our students, teachers, parents, and the entire V# family who have believed in our vision.

As we always say, the best is yet to come.

Has it arrived yet? Not even close.

We’re just getting started. ❤️

Every note, every phrase, every little expression is a reminder that music is not just about learning the notes, but about feeling the music and telling your own story. ❤️

Proud of you, Vihaan! Keep learning, keep exploring, and keep making music your own.

With just a couple of hours of rehearsal, our students took on this incredibly complex piece and brought it to life so beautifully!

Think about that for a moment, only a few hours to rehearse, prepare, and come together as an ensemble, yet they delivered with such confidence and musicality.

Now imagine what they could have brought to the stage with the rehearsal time they truly needed. This performance is a powerful glimpse of their talent and potential and we couldn’t be prouder.

CONFIDENCE comes naturally when you learn things the right way. ❤️‍🔥

Our students performing “Sowkiyama” is a testament to that.

One of the most intricate compositions in Indian film music — it takes skill, musical understanding, control and, above all, confidence to own it on stage.

And they did. 🔥

Proud is an understatement. ❤️
