A very special fifty, celebrated in the prettiest of company.

Pink roses set the scene for a garden party filled with fabulous fascinators, floral dresses and the gentle indulgence of a long afternoon at the table. Five beautifully curated farm-to-table courses by V’s Kitchen were savoured over champagne, tequila and laughter, as toasts turned into stories and lunch lingered deliciously.

Every detail came together to celebrate a much-loved birthday girl; a little glamour, an abundance of flowers, and an afternoon we wished would never end.

A busy morning at V’s Kitchen today; testing, tasting and creating something new.

Today’s experiment: Butter Chicken Meatballs.

Tender chicken meatballs infused with saffron, fennel seeds, ginger and garlic, simmered in a rich, silky makhani sauce; all the flavors we love about butter chicken, reinvented into something a little different.

Comforting, flavorful and seriously delicious.

And we think this one might just be a keeper. ❤️

A very busy and very beautifulday in V’s Kitchen.

Today we had the pleasure of curating a five-course vegetarian tasting menu for an intimate ladies’ luncheon celebrating Roshni’s fabulous 50th.

Our brief was to create something completely vegetarian, but elevated, elegant and worthy of a milestone celebration.

We started with Ruby Beet Carpaccio, followed by our take on Kale Bhel, Pesto Spaghetti, and Grilled Paneer with Peppercorn Sauce & Sautéed Vegetables, finishing with a trio of desserts.

Every course was prepared with care, plated individually and designed to make a leisurely afternoon around the table feel just a little more special.

Luxury doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes it’s simply beautiful ingredients, thoughtful cooking and food made with love.

Happy 50th, Roshni!

🇺🇸 Smoke. Fire. Flavor. Happy 4th of July. ❤️🤍💙

There’s something timeless about gathering around a table, sharing slow-cooked barbecue, and celebrating with the people who matter most.

These fall-off-the-bone ribs were slow cooked in beer for 9 hours, finished with a rich, smoky glaze and just the right kiss of char. Because great barbecue isn’t rushed it’s crafted with patience, passion, and plenty of love.

Wishing everyone a joyful Independence Day filled with delicious food, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

A sold-out afternoon at V’s Kitchen

We put together a vegan Indian cooking class for the Harvard-Westlake parent community; simple, nourishing dishes made from scratch, a chickpea curry, saag (spinach) tofu and yummy roasted cauliflower with peas.

Along the way, we explored the Ayurvedic benefits of turmeric, ginger, and everyday Indian spices; cooking with intention, flavor, and wellness in mind.

More than just a class, it was about coming together, sharing a table, and building community.

Harvard-Westlake Parents Cooking Club & V’s Kitchen, hosted a special potluck evening inspired by and in honor of @curtisstone.

A little drama, a lot of indulgence !

This wasn’t just dessert… it was a flambéed bread pudding, warm, pillowy, and soaked in all the right decadence, finished with flames that danced their way into the evening. Crisp on the outside, melt-in-your-mouth within, and just the right hint of caramelized depth from that final flambé.

Paired with a table full of smoky grilled bites, fresh, vibrant sides, and the kind of company that turns a meal into a memory… this was one of those nights.

At V’s Kitchen, we don’t just cook we create moments; effortless, intimate, and unforgettable.

As the sun sets on my 50th year, I find myself filled with gratitude 🙏🏾

A milestone like this quietly reminds you that time is not just measured in years, but in moments, in people, and in the love we are lucky enough to give and receive.

What began as a birthday became a year-long celebration of connection, laughter, and unforgettable memories and lots of cake.
